We had our shutters fitted by John, Josh and Gary. They arrived on time, kept everything clean and tidy and each of them were so polite and friendly. It is clear they all take great pride in their work, their craftsmanship was faultless and the fit of our shutters is perfect! They are a massive credit to the company. I cannot fault anything about the fitting, the shutters themselves and the customer service I received. We are over the moon with our new shutters and can’t wait to eventually do the windows at the back of our house to match. I cannot recommend enough!!

Just had my shutters fitted and I absolutely love them. The whole process started with measuring and advice from Mark who was so helpful ensuring i knew exactly what i was getting and what choicesi had. The fitting mainly by Ian and Gary but with some help from Darren was smooth and professional. They were so clean and tidy even washing cups up after drinks! They showed me how to use and care for my shutters and were so nice to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

The boys were highly organised, extremely clean, polite, had my Shutters fitted in less than an hour. We are repeat buyers and Ian did our installation. I knew from last time he has his own high standards and that we would get a first class job, which we did. Since ordering the shutters I have had a new bedroom window fitted which, although it is the same size, the opening window is slightly bigger. This meant that the new shutters would not match the actual window. Ian didn't mention he spotted this but he took the time to reconfigure the shutters so that they still matched the new window. What a star!

Mark was great when he came out to measure and quote. Very competitive quote. Professional and great sense of humour. We originally wanted perfect fit but decided on shutters, so glad that we did. There is a bit of a wait between ordering and delivery but they are custom made to order. Kept up to date with regards to how the order was progressing. Payment easy, fitting great. Ian & Gary were courteous, professional and cleaned up after. They look amazing. Would highly recommend Mark & the Team.

What an absolutely lovely and genuine company to do business with. We had other companies that came and were prejudice due to the costs of shutters but all the staff that we dealt with at shutters 4 Leeds were genuine and honest. They were genuine with their price match promise and were able to beat another company’s quote. They were always at hand to keep us informed with the lead time of the shutters and the 3 lads that came to install the shutters were real gems. They were polite and courteous even with difficult circumstances due to a very active and overly intrigued 2 year old who couldn’t stop himself from following all 3 fitters around. All 3 gents were amazing with my son and they all took pride in their work, very informative about the maintenance of the shutters and they were all very respectful of our property as well. Thank you for everything from start to finish. We’ve now had our shutters in for a year and they still look beautiful and are very well made. Best decision we made.
